F2 Terms & Conditions
Scope of Services: F2 Technology provides repair services for Apple products in the UAE. These services include but are not limited to, diagnostic services, replacement of parts, and software upgrades.
Warranty: F2 Technology provides a 90-day warranty on all repairs, effective from the date of invoice. This warranty covers the same repair service only and does not cover any additional or new issues that may arise. If a new issue arises, a separate repair order and payment will be required.
Payment: Payment for repair services must be made in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
Estimates: Prior to commencing any repair work, F2 Technology will provide an estimated cost for repair services based on the initial diagnosis of the issue. The estimate may vary depending on the severity of the problem, and any additional issues that may arise during the repair process.
Customer Data: F2 Technology is not responsible for any data that may be lost during the repair process. It is the customer’s responsibility to backup all data on their Apple product prior to bringing it in for repair.
Delays: F2 Technology will make every effort to complete repairs in a timely manner. However, some repairs may take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances or the availability of replacement parts. We will keep customers updated on the progress of their repair and estimated completion time.
Customer Acknowledgement: By submitting your Apple product for repair services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Liability: F2 Technology will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our repair services, including but not limited to, data loss, hardware damage, or any other losses or damages.
Force Majeure: F2 Technology will not be liable for any delays or failure to perform repair services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
By using F2 Technology’s Apple product repair services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our repair services.
